Okawa Kogyo's "Co-Solvent Method Degreasing Cleaning Machine" is a high-precision cleaning system that combines two types of cleaning solvents: hydrocarbon-based cleaning solvent (HC solvent) and fluorinated cleaning solvent (HFE/HFO solvent). Its excellent drying performance allows for the selection of safer solvents with higher flash points. It is ideal for heat-sensitive workpieces such as lenses, prisms, and precision parts. The HC solvent carried into the rinse solvent is processed through a solvent separation device, and the HC solvent and rinse solvent are returned to their respective cleaning tanks for reuse. Thanks to the distillation and separation devices, the cleaning solvent is returned to the cleaning tank and reused, making it economical.
