Okawa Kogyo's "Co-Solvent Method Degreasing Cleaning Machine" is a high-precision cleaning system that combines two types of cleaning solvents: hydrocarbon-based cleaning solvent (HC solvent) and fluorinated cleaning solvent (HFE/HFO solvent). Its excellent drying performance allows for the selection of safer solvents with higher flash points. It is ideal for heat-sensitive workpieces such as lenses, prisms, and precision parts. The HC solvent carried into the rinse solvent is processed through a solvent separation device, and the HC solvent and rinse solvent are returned to their respective cleaning tanks for reuse.
